RETURN POLICY

A bidet is a personal hygiene device. Due to the hygienic nature of these products, we can only accept customer returns on bidets, bidet seats, toilet seats, and bidet products that are unopened, unused and re-sellable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Doveti will not accept any customer returns on bidets, bidet seats, toilet seats, and bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner.

To start a return, contact us at 1-888-583-1987 or info@doveti.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories. Customer will pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. All eligible returns must be processed within 15 days and will expire after 30 days. 

General Returns:
If you identify the need to return a product, please reach out to us and tell us why. We may request additional details or ask you to provide pictures. Once we have determined that you may qualify for a refund, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Some exceptions do apply.

For you to receive a refund for the returned product, it must be returned to us in the original box and packaging, including all warranty cards and owner's manuals, and must be in re-sellable condition. Refunds will be processed once items are received, and the condition has been inspected and approved. Customer will pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Return Policy Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged:

  • Any item totaling less than $100.00.
  • Hazardous materials, such as paint or other chemicals.
  • Any Bidet or Integrated Unit that has been opened.
  • Any heated toilet seat opened or unopened.
  • Any product that has been installed.

Damaged or Defective 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask you to provide photos of the product to info@doveti.com within 3 days of delivery when you request a replacement or refund of the product. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund after 3 days. Products are deemed defective if:

  • Product sustained damage in transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Product defect prohibits proper functionality.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@doveti.com.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make a guarantee for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order, and we will always do all we can to help. Fees may apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale/Promotions
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid reasons for refunds:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Doveti Bidets. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Product Warranties:
For warranty-related information or defects, please contact the specific manufacturer's website.

As an Authorized Dealer, the manufacturer warranty backs products sold on Doveti.com. If you experience an issue with an item that offers a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer to assist you directly. Please review the item detail page to see if the product you are purchasing has a manufacturer warranty.
