What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal. All of our prices are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping and Delivery

How long will shipping take?

  • Delivery will take 5-10 business days. However in some cases (due to the COVID-19 situation) although we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. A tracking number will be emailed to you along with shipping details within 72 hours of your order but usually by the next day. 

Where do you ship to?

  • We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. 

Is shipping really free?

  • All products ship free with no sales tax to the Continental US.

What is freight shipping?

  • Large and heavy items ship via freight. A semi-truck is loaded with your order and a time is scheduled for delivery. Check your order for damage before signing for the shipment. 

How do I inspect my order for damage?

  • Open the packing materials and examine the products to make sure there was no damage during shipping. If there is damage, do not sign for the shipment and contact us immediately so we can work on a replacement order.
  • If your order was not shipped via freight, examine it as you normally would and let us know of any damage or defects as soon as possible.

My order was lost during shipping, what do I do?

What kind of installation is offered? 

  • Shipping does not include unpacking or installation.

  • No, items must be shipped to a physical address.
